Standard Trader Terms and Conditions

1. Care should be taken to protect stock and takings. SFB Events Ltd takes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred on the premises.
2. Traders will undertake to sell only licensed products (i.e. merchandise in which the manufacturer has obtained the necessary licenses and authorisation to manufacture and distribute) and the sale of merchandise must not infringe on any company or individuals legal copyrights or trademarks. In the event of a breach of copyright/trademark/license the organisers, SFB Events Ltd., cannot be held responsible, the offending trader will be fully responsible for all claims, demands, actions etc. made by any entity or individual.
3. Selling autographs or photographs of any guest appearing at the events are not permitted.
4. Convention badges must be worn in a visible position at all times whilst trading.
5. You account must be fully paid-up before commencing trading.
6. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions the offending trader will be requested to leave the premises.
